Nature Journaling Workshop at Washington Crossing

August 9 @ 10:00 am 12:00 pm

Join naturalist-artist Jack Hobe for an introductory nature journaling workshop at Washington Crossing Historic Park, PA!

Nature journaling, defined as observing nature using a notebook and pencil, is a powerful and fun activity that elevates your adventures in nature to an entirely new level.  Learn new ways of looking closely, asking questions and using creative thinking to make your own nature notebook in this interactive workshop taught by a local naturalist and artist Jack Hobe.  Participants will learn the basics of nature journaling as well as trying out new skills on plants, animals and other natural objects.  Participants will be provided with sketch books and drawing pencils.  Be sure to dress for the weather! This workshop is suitable for all ages.
