Learn how to draw our feathered friends in this workshop taught by naturalist and wildlife illustrator Jack Hobe! We start with tricks for capturing birds on paper before they fly away, then take a look at basic bird anatomy (invaluable for understanding birds’ movement and form and drawing moving birds. Birds can be challenging and feisty subjects to draw, but Jack’s passion for birding, nature sketching and journaling will help attendees to demystify feather patterns, movements, profile and behavior. No art or drawing experience required- all skill levels are welcome! Note: This event is free to attend but a donation to Bucks County Audubon Society is much appreciated.
